Privacy policy

How the Proba technical alpha stores and deletes customer data.

What is stored

Account identity, organization records, datasets, reports, delta matrices, credit ledger entries, and audit events are stored in the product's own database and encrypted object store. Datasets and prompts are kept out of application logs, are never used to train a model, and never reach a third-party model API.

Retention and deletion

Artifacts follow the versioned retention policy captured with each artifact, currently 90 days by default. You can export your organization's data and request organization erasure from the privacy settings; deletion obligations are verified against the storage provider rather than assumed.
